There is no other host on this planet that would entice me to leave my current host! I am not exaggerating one bit. Javier and Aileen’s team are beyond compare. If you ever need a vehicle, short term or long, you must choose them! Clean well maintained vehicles, great communication and super friendly customer service. Make the right choice this busy season!

A stellar experience! I cannot say enough good things about this host! The pickup process was seamless with top-notch communication from the host. The vehicle was clean and still even had the new car smell. So glad I found Turo, and even more grateful to be matched with this host! Thank you Javier and team!

This is my family’s 12th trip with Turo and has been the best yet. The hosts are absolutely 120% responsive, kind, professional, friendly and communicative. They walked me through all the little details of the idiocies of driving a new car, check out and every other question I had. This car is pristine, very easy to drive and safe. I was confused about places in which non-Tesla cars are able to be charged as it is the first non-Tesla car we have rented, but the hosts did everything they could to help locate places and also explain about the different kinds of chargers and their speeds. If I could give a 10 rating I would. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.!
