Very hard to find car searched for a while other than that trip was ok ride’s smooth

Had trouble finding car. Could not reach Leandro by phone or text when we needed him.
Leandro was not communicating about important things like: "we see there is a dent in the front of the car, did you know that?"...
Had someone named Walter as a co-host, without announcing that he was a co-host.
Would not use Leandro again.
Car did work well though.
