Came out for a business trip and rented this Cadillac for my family. I paid for 2 child car seats and the car seats provided were very low quality and in poor condition. The car also smelled like unpleasant cigarette smoke trying to be hidden by car air freshener. The owner also dropped the car off with an almost empty tank (3/10 full). Thankfully he allowed me to return it that way instead of having to fill it up but i expected the car to be full upon pick up. Other than that the car was good for my trip but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this vehicle nor would rent it again.

Wow man! so I explained to you in order to have a full tank you should purchase a full tank, or you and you are to bring the car the way you receive the! This is written before you even get the car. And before your trip starts. It’s your fault that you don’t read on the messages I send. secondly I have provided 2 baby seats for you with pictures and was willing to bring you other ones but you said no. I have provided extraordinary customer service to you but apparently you shouldn’t be on turo
