Very friendly and polite. Made sure that my trip was good to go with turo. Very easy service to pick up car and reliable car for the family.

This was a learning experience I believe for all parties involved. When I initially started my reservation process I looked a vehicle with 2 special qualifications. SUV and unlimited mileage after securing the reservation I notice the mileage limit was reduced to 200 per day with a charge for additional mileage. I mentioned this to the host and his reply was not to worry about it however I didn’t feel convinced. I decided to extend the length of this rental just to ensure mileage usage will be far below what I was allowed base on the 200 miles per day in this reservation. On my last rental day the host asked me were is his vehicle I was supposed to return on Sunday morning when the reservation was set for return Monday morning. I don’t know if this a case of mistaken understanding of the reservation or app. Early Sunday morning I extended my reservation with the approval from the host/Turo app to be accused not returning the vehicle on Sunday when it was set for Monday morning return. I wasn’t comfortable with this reservation and the experience. The pro with rental services with conventional rental companies you know exactly what you’re getting.

I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. I messaged you Sunday about the 9 AM return because I hadn’t seen your trip extension yet. Once I saw it, I immediately apologized via Turo messaging. I also updated the mileage settings after your booking, believing Turo’s guidance that changes wouldn’t affect existing reservations. I never intended to inconvenience you. Our communication was otherwise great, and I had no complaints, which is why I gave you 5 stars. I truly regret the experience.
The Cadillac was very clean. Great condition. Adolfo responds very fast, he answered all my questions. I would definitely rent from him again.
