It wad fantastic. Mr Elias came to Miami international and gave me the car on my timing and he even accommodated me with several time changes for my flight. He didn't mind atall. Came in the middle of the night to give us the car right at the arrival gates. Now today for our departure I just handed the car back to him at the departure gates in the most convenient and quick manner. Top notch service. The Cadillac Escalade ESV 2024 was absolutely spotless, smooth, and luxurious—everything you’d expect and more. Pickup was perfectly on time, and the location was super convenient. But what really made this trip special was the host. Not only was he professional and communicative, but we genuinely connected and became close over the course of the trip. It felt more like traveling with a friend than just renting a car. Highly recommend!
