This trip was the worst. The car was great but unfortunately it was not maintained. I had the car for 3hrs then disaster struck. On the way driving to Orlando from South Florida the rear tire blew out. Just to get the vehicle to a safe location on the side of the road was a challenge. Once that happened the next challenge was to get towed. Turo claim they will get our vehicle towed but can not in this situation because we are on a state road via Florida Turnpike. So now I have to pay out of pocket just to get towed and hope I get my money back. After waiting on the side of the road for 3.5 hrs finally got towed to my Airbnb. Car sat at the Airbnb for the weekend and when it was time for me to leave Turo said unfortunately they have no cars available in the area, so now I have to book another car from a car rental place just to get back home. This is actually a better review than deserved.
