I’m also a host, and I understand how much ratings can affect our metrics, which is why I decided to leave 5 stars. The vehicle was new, clean, and in excellent condition.
However, the communication definitely needs a lot of improvement. I didn’t receive any clear instructions, welcome message, or return instructions. The host also did not respond to my text messages or phone calls when I tried to reach them.
Other than the communication issues, everything else was a good experience.
