The vehicle was towed during my trip due to unpaid citations from the owner, which was completely out of my control. This caused a major disruption and forced me to end my trip early. The owner was not helpful in resolving the issue, and I had to rely on Turo support and find alternative transportation. Overall, a very inconvenient experience—renters should be cautious.
I would like to add to your comments that the parking citations were from previous guests who did not inform us about the tickets, we had no idea about the issue. Also, i told you i was going to get the car back as soon as it was possible the next morning.
It was inconvenient for us also to deal with this unfortunate situation, i had never had this issue before with any of my car. Your 1 star rating is not representing my car and my service standards.
