There were details about the rental that should have been disclosed prior to renting. In particular that the car takes a certain level of gasoline that differed from what the car takes. Host said to only use premium and the car states to use regular so it was confusing and the host wanted me to leave receipts of my gasoline purchases to prove that I used the gas they (the host) wanted to use. This should have been explained prior to booking. Also there was an issue to with the AC. The passenger cabin didn’t have air flow at all and the front had to have the recycle button pressed in order for the cabin to have air. The host was good about responding but these things should not have been issues. Lastly I felt the host has a lot of “monitoring” features on the vehicle I was getting messages about my use from the owner and them advising me on what I was doing. That I didn’t like at all.

I’m sorry to hear that you had a pine needle in the trunk of the car. We do not monitor the vehicles but we do advise you of several concerning issues like idling for more than 4hours. Driving the vehicle at all times under 5% fuel and we did indeed needed to let you
Know that in order for the ac to operate at max ac the recirculate button needs to be depressed; it’s the way max ac works.

- would be nice to have the door code before arriving at the vehicle instead of having to ask
