Great customer service and great car

Good pickup location. However was charged an extra $120 delivery fee for no apparent reason and neither Turo or the host was willing to resolve the issue. Great car and great experience otherwise. So my recommendation is is beware of hidden fees or explained fees. Resolution is virtually impossible.

Car had a massive crack across the windshield and host notified me only a few hours before my scheduled pick up informing me that he had no other vehicle replacements. He did offer to cancel but flying in at 11pm at night, would have left me without a car for my business trip. I requested he repairs the windshield as the car would be parked for most of the day while I worked but he never responded after that. The car itself was okay but the windshield crack made it very difficult to drive as it created visual distortion right at the line of sight.
