Taillight was broken when given to us with no prior acknowledgement of this. When reported, the host admitted they omitted the information on purpose.
I had an event going on this weekend that has me busy and that is the ONLY reason I did not return the car. The host refused to end the trip after i confronted them about the taillight so I was forced to push through.
This host gives Turo a bad name and should be banned. I’m DONE with this app. Worst experience ever. Do not rent with this host unless you to get pulled over for a broken taillight. Save yourselves the headache.
