The host cancelled this trip 4 days before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.

My second time renting from this company and there was an issue each time. I should’ve learned my lesson. The first time they gave me a rental with a damaged bumper. This time the vehicle wouldn’t start and I received several error messages on the dashboard. After the calling the host to report the issue, instead of apologizing for any inconvenience he immediately assumed it was a user error. The tow truck driver couldn’t start the vehicle either. But the vehicle magically started once the host got it back. After contacting Turo the rep Mohammed offered me a $40 refund. I requested a manager. He placed me on hold. Then he hung up on me. The next rep offered me $101 refund but couldn’t issue it due to system issues so he told me to call back in 2 hours. Horrible experience all around and I don’t even leave reviews.
