Having received Turos that barely had more cleaning than to remove trash, this car was in the nicest shape I've ever seen. Inside and out, the car seemed like it had been professionally detailed. Absolute 5-star job, and would definitely rent from them again. Two things to share. (1) it would help to make it clear that the vehicle is not being picked up at a residence or business. If the information was in the listing, we did not see it. It was a little confusing that we were picking up an unlocked car in a public parking area, and (2) Apparently the Grand Cherokee model has very little space between Fuel Full, and less than full. When we picked up the car we were initially a little put off that the vehicle was not completely full (was slightly below the full line). Having filled the vehicle on two separate occasions, I can now see that the model is both hard to top off, and drops below "completely" full very quickly. We were not really shorted fuel. This was an excellent vehicle and rental experience.
