We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting the Jeep Cherokee in New Orleans! The vehicle was clean, reliable, and perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding area.
What truly set this experience apart was the incredible customer service. We ended up extending our rental by several days, and the host went completely above and beyond to accommodate us. They made the extension seamless, were incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our trip went smoothly.
It’s rare to find this level of hospitality and flexibility these days. I can’t recommend them enough, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again the next time we’re in New Orleans. Thank you for making our trip even better!
