Awful, terrible experience. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON! Received the car, 2 days later caught a flat tire. AAA came out and said that that tire was bald and the other were as well. Swapped to the spare tire, which also kept going flat. I stayed in contact with the owner who kept asking what I was going to do, as if it’s my vehicle. When I asked him to come swap vehicles, he said he’s in Houston and can’t be there. 2 hours later he said he was coming to pick up his car b/c he’s in New Orleans (HOW)?. Made it extremely difficult to help me. Said he’d swap cars then later said he’ll figure out how much to reimburse me even though I still had 2 days on my rental. When he got the car, he became extremely combative and lied saying nothing was wrong with his tires and I lied, even though I had AA come out and a tow truck driver pickup the car. This person is a psycho!
DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. This vehicle even got restricted from use due to him violating Turo’s policies and renting out a faulty vehicle.

Very low quality cars, with all caution lights lit on the dashboard, soiled, smelly, interior, customer service and communication with host was very poor
