I am sorry you felt I did not address your concern. Please keep in mind your trip was ending in only 2 hours when you asked if I could come pick up the car instead of you returning it. I responded as soon as you informed me that you were having “issues” with the key fob. I also provided you with all information necessary to return the vehicle without issue since the key fob still operates locally when the battery is dead. It is unfortunate that our service has been mischaracterized in this way.
