The Pathfinder was in excellent condition and a great car for our trip. Provided car seats were a huge help. Pickup and drop-off instructions were great too. Price was reasonable.
Did have to pay $35 airport parking at pickup because car was dropped off the day before our reservation. However this was disclosed in the terms. Didn’t care for the suggestion that we refill with premium gas (not standard on this vehicle) or that we wash the car if needed (that’s the owners responsibility).
Overall it was a very good experience and I would rent again from Chase and his team. They are friendly, professional, and the car was even better than expected.
