We thoroughly enjoyed renting this Lexus RX 350 for our weekend in Dallas; it was the perfect fit for our trip, offering a very comfortable and spacious interior that met all our needs. The car itself was high-quality and a pleasure to drive, though the addition of Apple CarPlay would have been a significant upgrade. Navigating the Dallas highway system was some of the most hectic driving we have ever experienced, and having integrated navigation on the dash would have made managing those complex directions much easier. Aside from that, it was a fantastic vehicle that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Host was great and the pictures to locate the vehicle was definitely a great help.

Overall, I had a positive experience with this vehicle and host. The car drove as expected and had no issues. The only concern I had with this trip was a communication error upon arrival. We never received the precise photo location of the vehicle or the lockbox code until we reached out to the host. The host did accommodate us with an unforeseen problem with the key fob and rectified the situation quickly.
