Great experience, great price! Communication was good. Host was accommodating. As a Tesla owner using the key card was hard to get use too but worked fine. Past Tesla renters allowed app access which made creatures comfort settings a bit easier. Using Tesla with FSD for NYC is a MUST and it did not disappoint. Navigated the streets and surrounding with minimal input from me. Gave me and my family the freedom to site see and not stress about traffic.

Great car and experience overall. The owner was very helpful in communicating during pickup but less so during drop off of the car. Be aware that while airport pickup claims to be free, there was a $20 fee associated with pickup from the off airport lot.

We had let you know you could drop the vehicle off at the same MAAS Parking location and we’d pick it up—we just didn’t know you’d be there that early. Great experience renting from this host. The car was clean, exactly as described, and ran smoothly throughout my trip. Pickup and drop-off were simple and convenient, and communication was easy whenever I had a question. I really appreciated how straightforward and hassle-free the entire process was. The best part was the Tesla had FSD which made my trip so much easier and stress free. Would definitely rent from them again and would recommend them to others looking for a reliable Turo rental.

Rameil was an amazing host and this was honestly one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. The Model Y was extremely clean, very new, and drove perfectly. The autopilot/self-driving experience was incredible and made our trip to DC so much easier and more enjoyable.
What really stood out was how thoughtful and considerate Rameil was throughout the entire process. Communication was always quick, flexible, and easy. When we picked up the car, it was spotless and clearly freshly cleaned. He even prepared water, gum, tissues, and other small essentials that travelers might need — such a thoughtful touch that really showed how much he cares about his guests’ experience.
A great car is one thing, but having such a kind, detail-oriented, and easy-to-communicate-with host made the experience even better. Truly appreciate everything. Highly recommend renting from Rameil, and thank you again!
