I didn’t have my car since last week, and John has been very nice, patient, and flexible with any changes I’ve had to make, including extending the rental. I also had a birthday party to attend Tuesday night, and he was again so flexible and understanding. Amazing car I’ll definitely book it again, and you should too!

It was my first experience with Turo and Joan was a perfect host. Very quick and friendly replies to all my questions. The car itself is comfortable and roomy and my family appreciated it, in spite of learming the new process for pickup and drop off.
The only reason for 4 stars is that the windshield washer fluid didnt seem to work and i has to stop at gas stations to clean the windshield when there was snow on the roads.
I would absolutely rent from Joan again.
