The quality of the car was great! It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host had clear communication, instructions and was responsive. It was easy pickup and drop-off. I recommend the hosts and car. No complaints.

Car was great. Very clean, very fuel efficient. We had an issue returning the car, transponder wouldn't open airport gate, but the host was very quick to answer our call and found a solution very quickly. I would book with them again!

Pick up and drop off or somewhat difficult. The host were very kind and tried to help as best as we could. the transponder was not working therefore we had trouble getting in and out of the gate and needed to contact Turo support. Definitely was a little bit stressful when you're dropping your car back off at the airport and trying to get in but spending 30 minutes trying to do it. Again, the hosts were very kind, but it was definitely stressful for drop off as well as pick up because they couldn't unlock the car right away. We had to wait about 20 minutes for that which wasn't very long.
