Pickup and drop off was a breeze. Mike provided excellent details to get to the car and drop it off. First time being at Tampa Airport, checking a bag, then going thru security, and our gate was more confusing than finding and dropping off the car.

Mike was a great host! We had a problem with the hatch of the car and he came and exchanged it where we were at, then brought it back fixed. No hassles, he made it easy!

Mike was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Super detailed and easy to follow instructions for picking/dropping car up/off. Car was lovely to drive. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!

The SUV was decent. Dirty outside but the inside was clean and the host provided bottles of water.
The sub ran fine and was a simple means of travel.
Thank you for being a great guest, Lawrence! I take reviews seriously & will definitely improve upon the high standard I have for cleanliness. Future guests, my Santa Fe is thoroughly cleaned inside & out after every trip (including hand washing the exterior). On this particular date of pick up construction was occurring in & around the garage with high winds, this is likely why there was light dust on the outside of the vehicle (as Lawrence mentioned). Book with confidence!
