Great experience overall with Nelson. He was very responsive throughout the trip. We had a small issue with the lockbox when we first arrived, and he responded right away and helped us get it sorted out. The Infiniti was clean, comfortable, and drove great.
The only downside was the scratches on the windshield from the wipers. They created a pretty significant glare at night and made visibility difficult, especially since they were right in my line of sight. I mentioned it to Nelson when we picked up the vehicle, and he was already aware of the issue.
Other than that, everything went smoothly and I’d definitely rent from Nelson again.
