We just needed an SUV style vehicle for our trip, we found the Toyota Corolla Cross. Great vehicle and good gas mileage. One little thing popped and owner responded immediately. I like and will go back to place that answer quickly when you need them. We would most certainly rent again.
This is the 2nd time renting a vehicle with Corey and Courtney. Each time has been 5/5. Vehicle is always up to date, on time, and clean. Communication is great and prices, included mileage is always fair for what you pay for. Hands down doing business with these two is always a pleasure, way quicker and more convenient than going through any other car rental agency from my personal experience. This was my first time renting through Turo, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We had the 4Runner for 5 days and absolutely LOVED it. The car was super clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The host was awesome to work with — very helpful, responsive, and made the pickup process really easy. All of the instructions were clear and straightforward, which made everything completely stress-free. We had zero issues with the car or the rental and had such a great experience overall. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He has several cars available, so we’ll definitely keep him in mind for future trips! Great experience overall with Nelson. He was very responsive throughout the trip. We had a small issue with the lockbox when we first arrived, and he responded right away and helped us get it sorted out. The Infiniti was clean, comfortable, and drove great. The only downside was the scratches on the windshield from the wipers. They created a pretty significant glare at night and made visibility difficult, especially since they were right in my line of sight. I mentioned it to Nelson when we picked up the vehicle, and he was already aware of the issue. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I’d definitely rent from Nelson again.

Amazing amazing experience. the vehicle was immaculate and exactly as described. Beautiful Inside and out and had zero issues. not a single hiccup with the rental process. And the communication with corey was arguably better then my girlfriend and i's haha. Would reccomend and quite honestly suggest you rent from him. This was quite literally the cheery on top of our Batchelor trip. 10 stars throughout the entire process. Will be back again next year and this is the first person im reaching out too.

The car was in great shape and Kenneth was a great host from beginning to end and super communicative! I needed to add another day to my trip and he was great with it! Parking was a bit of a fiasco as the planned lot was full but he messaged me right away and got me in and on my flight on time.
