The brakes were bad other than that it was alright.
We deeply regret that you experienced issues with the vehicle's brakes. However, for your next trip, we recommend that—should a problem of this nature arise, or if you notice that the vehicle is not in perfect condition—you refrain from driving it, as the situation could worsen; your safety is of utmost importance, as is the safety of the vehicle.
