please be extremely cautious of booking with this host. This host is claiming “collision” over bug splatter or previous minor paint chips that we were not caused by me. After reading the recent reviews from this host it seems like a common occurrence that this host is not honest. Please be aware about booking with this person.

Turo paid us for all your damages to our car because of we have all pre and past trip photos .
so you relax and try to rent again .
We will make sure no hosts will give you such unresponsible guest their car so you are lying you are blaming anybody else to not pay for your damage .

The guest won’t take any responsibility for any damage to your beautiful clean and shiny car you provided.
They will not clean any thing chipses bottles and papers in the car.
If we clean the car all in dirt after you returned it ,but we cannot fix the havily damages you did to our car and denying all our pre trip and past trip Turo photos.

WARNING: Beware of fraudulent damage claims.
The rental itself was fine, but the post-trip experience has been a nightmare. Shortly after returning the vehicle, the host attempted to extort extra money from me by filing a fraudulent "collision" claim with Turo over normal bug splatter on the front bumper.
Any car driven on the highway for two weeks will accumulate bugs—this is standard environmental wear and tear that simply requires a basic car wash. Instead of washing their car, the host falsely reported it as collision damage and tried to force me to pay for a full body shop repaint, later changing their story to demand an expensive "paint correction."
Do not rent from this host unless you want to be scammed into paying for their routine vehicle maintenance and detailing. Save yourself the headache and book with someone honest.

The guest damaged the car and keep denying damage claim .According to Turo policy first we opened the claim with the guest they denied. We escalated the claim to Turo claim department. we have all photos pre-trip and past trip and all was uploaded to Turo trip photos. The guest was blaming on us his damage. The guest is unresponsible ,dear hosts don’t give car to this guest ever they will damage your car and will deny ,we didn’t have bad rating ever ,we didn’t have bad review ever.
This Lexus rode so very well and had plenty of room for a family of 4 with two teenage boys over 6’ tall! Host was also very communicative. We had no problems and would definitely rent this vehicle and from this host again.
