Car was great- lots of great trunk space, very clean, loved the apple car play option. Would definitely rent again. My flight was very delayed and I arrived after midnight, but the car was sill waiting for me in the budget economy lot, which was just a short free shuttle ride. Chloe was very communicative and gave very good instructions on finding the car. Just a note that the budget parking lot uses blue lightening at night so little dark if you are picking up and dropping off when the sun isn’t out, but I still found the car easily cause of the very clear instructions chloe provides that includes photos.

Excellent car and customer service, I would love to work with Sophie again for future trips because the process was so smooth and seamless! Great for traveling kids too!

Car was great! Had to take a shuttle to the car, but it was a short ride. Make sure you allow for time to take the shuttle back to the airport when dropping the car off. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get on the shuttle.

Chloe was a wonderful host! She made my experience incredibly easy. I appreciated how clean the vehicle was, how prompt she was with responding, and easy drop off and pick up instructions!
