The car was great for what we used it for. The thing that upset us was that we had to pay$11 to get the car out of the parking lot when we picked it up. The host also parked the furthest away from where the shuttle stops. Carrying two big bags that distance in the heat was very frustrating and by far not what I was expecting the experience of using turo to be. I thought it would be easier not harder. Our kids got their own car from hertz and was in their car and on the way before we even got to our car. So not the best experience.
