Great car to explore LA with. However pick up is not on site and you have to take a shuttle 15 minutes away. And it takes 45 min to an hour for shuttle to arrive.

Car was great. Communication and instructions were great. Only caution is you need to build in a good amount of time for the shuttle from the pick up lot to and from the airport — we waited for over a half hour, and I think there is only one shuttle that makes several stops, so on return to the airport, we were rushed to make our flight, even though we dropped the car off more than two hours before our flight left. Not anything Best in LA can do, but wanted to mention.

Everything was great with one exception of not having the Velcro straps to put the top down on the Bronco which is why we rented it.

Pickup was easy, car was immaculate, and hosts were very responsive. Would highly recommend them if you're looking to rent a car in LA.
