Pickup was easy, car was immaculate, and hosts were very responsive. Would highly recommend them if you're looking to rent a car in LA.

The rag top is a little loud, especially in torrential downpours, like LA had this past week. Also, for short women, it's a hard car to get into (no step rail or upper handle to help one get in). However the is car is fun and a vibe and a blast to drive. And the pick up and drop off could not be easier along with the communication. Excellent experience!
