First time Turo user here….. the App itself, terrible! Nearly robbed me of my vacation, as I had to learn that there could be times where customer service would be needed, especially if you are a first time user.
Jason was very responsive as well as very helpful throughout the entire booking process and even ensure that i verifications through Turo were addressed. He literally saved my reservation and overall renting experience, could thank him enough. Because of this….. as I’ve learned that I will be heading back out to Cali from Florida within the next year, he’s earned my family and I as repeat customers. He customer service was above reproach and if you’re wondering how Turo works, while booking, i definitely recommend going through him.
His services alone are why I’ve rated this review at a 5 star. Oh and the car, just awesome! I’m a driver of the 2026 X and so to drive a much older car in great condition, gives me hope!

Such an impressive vehicle. I have heard about Tesla’s self driving feature. It was such a convenient feature. It drives better than most people. The vehicle was really clean, especially for a white leather interior. This was the coolest rental car ai have ever driven. The host was great too!
