I made my reservation early, as the plan was to take my kids to Kalahari for a day or 2. At the last min, the original truck I'd reserved became unavailable. I was immediately contacted and my reservation upgraded free of charge. That alone made our little trip that much better as the plan was to drive the rental and my personal vehicle. The upgrade allowed us all to ride together very comfortably.
