Great car in perfect condition. Pick up and drop off were easy.

The night before we were to pick up the car, our host sent us a message that Turo would not let him leave it close to the ship dock and we would have to Uber to Target to pick it up. We had made him aware from the very beginning that we were arriving by cruise ship. I asked if I could just cancel then as I was already paying a VERY high delivery fee($65). He said No, too late to cancel. Eventually he did agree to leave it on legal street parking (with what looked like multiple other Ubers). It was difficult to find with the instructions he initially gave. Would have been better to send a “pin” for us to locate. The car was mostly clean (a small amount of sand on floor which is probably normal for Hawai’i). Also, the gas tank did not appear to be completely full according to the display when we accepted the car… but we filled it up anyway since the host did not offer for us to do otherwise. The car itself was a good drive but I’m not sure, with the many different options, I would book again.
i apologized mam. but instead you putting bad comment on my public profile.. you could have said something.. and about the cancellation yes i have no cancellation policy.. and if i dont have cancellation policy i will allow you to cancel your booking.. and right now instead of solving the problems, you making it more worst!

Even though booked car was damaged in previous booking, Ryzen was able to supply a very nice Suburu equivalent. Great to be able to deliver close to our cruise ship.
