Car quality was not what i was expecting, i only rented for a day and it was running rough, inside was dirty. Car did not match pictures and inside smelled weird.

We liked the car but pick up and return were challenging. Like was super helpful in getting us checked in on site. The TURO shuttle will only take TURO customers to the airport. We arrived by cruise ship but the shuttle driver refused to bring us to the cruise port even though he had to drive right by it. Why????? We were all from Europe and none of us could get internet or phone service at the pickup and drop off point so I was nit able to take any photos of the car. All in all it was the mist stressful TURO booking I have ever had.
