Car was great, drove smoothly, and pickup and drop off was very easy. The only negative is that the car had a pretty apparent cigarette smell within it

Car had squeaky brakes, the volume controls didn't work, headlight out and smelled like weed. The owner was communicative but then tried to uncharted parking when the car was placed in the right parking garage but apparently in the wrong area. This is the worst rental I have gotten from turo.
