Car was in good condition and mechanically sound. For pickup, the communication was great and the car was exactly where the host said it would be. Pictures of the location were included as well as detailed directions on how to get it the pickup site at Boston Logan airport.
For drop off, the host was very accommodating and allowed for an alternate drop off near the original site.
Overall, a great experience.
