Car unfortunately had some damage I wasn’t aware of at pickup after j was switched from the gray version they have listed to this one. Also there was a separate number they use of Turo messaging that I was unaware of until
The day of trip. I think it’s a great booking overall. Would be nice to know some things ahead of time. But in today’s day and age I get it.

The car was clean and in good repair. I have no complaints about anything. Pick up and drop off were easy. Everything was great!

This is my second time renting from Kennedy and I must say, both times have been exceptional! From the process, to delivery/pick up/ especially the line of communication with her was phenomenal! Would definitely recommend renting from her as I will be too.
