This was a welcome and very smooth process that began at the end of a day-long but unsuccessful search for rental car.
I was very grateful for a solution to an issue resulting from a broken car and a busy weekend.

Yes. This guest trashed the vehicle, returned it, and reboooked it for the following day. We declined to allow this guest to do further damage to our vehicle.
