It was difficult returning the car. Plus, deposit to delivery to the airport was not appreciated.
We’re very sorry about the inconvenience presented. Please share your experience on how inconvenient was the return so we can forward the information to customer support and have them work with the airport team to make it better in the future. Also the delivery fee is only to cover for the expenses of your convenience, on a future trip, we also offer pick up at our base location free of charge.
