Our recent Turo rental was a positive experience overall. The vehicle was easy to locate, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The only area for improvement was the cleanliness of the windows at pickup, as they had noticeable fingerprints, smudges, and bug residue. While this didn’t impact the functionality of the vehicle, it’s the small details like these that elevate an experience from good to great. Overall, we appreciated the smooth rental process and would rent from this host again.
