Very easy, very smooth.
Danny •
Very nice vehicle and the host was on time and very responsive
Roger •
Car quality was perfect, very clean. Pick-up location was easy to get to after reading instructions provided by host. My only complaint is somewhat poor communication. Host was slow to respond when we had questions or sent messages. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
Joseph •
Very nice car. Super clean simple pick up and drop off. Great experience
Alan •
The car itself was good and drove well, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Communication was poor, and getting responses when we had questions or concerns was difficult. We were also charged a cooler fee that was never reimbursed, despite bringing it to their attention. While the vehicle was good, the lack of communication and failure to resolve the cooler charge made the experience frustrating
