Clean interior but smell was insane took 3days for the smell to clear out of the car so 3 days out of 5 we rode with that insane smell
We take cleanliness very seriously and responded immediately when this was reported, offering to resolve it right away. Unfortunately, our multiple follow-ups went unanswered, preventing us from assisting further. Post-trip, we documented clear evidence of smoking in the vehicle, which violates our strict no-smoking policy. All vehicles are cleaned and inspected before every trip. Really unfortunate for a customer to make false allegations and then smoke in the vehicle. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

The car was clean and drove really well. This SUv had more than enough room for my party of four. The pickup and drop off was easy and fast. I will definitely book again.
