Initially, the communication was good. However, when I arrived at the car, I sent multiple messages to the owner and had to call twice to gain access. I was also not impressed by the owner locking the car in Chill mode. While I have no intention of abusing the car, locking people out of ‘standard’ options seems a bit unreasonable. On the positive side, the car itself was clean and in good condition.
Thank you for your review Joe. Apologies for sending you the key access. Settings are set for everyone that rents the car. If you are a Tesla owner and communicates to have options open, we would have given you access. We have had customers that have driven our Tesla for the first time. Hope you enjoyed your trip.

Car was in great shape, clean, with no issues. Desmond was quick to respond to a last minute change during my trip. The whole process was 5 stars all the way.
FYI the car was set to Chill mode and we could not change it. If you are renting the car to test it out before buying one you will want to ask if alternate acceleration modes can be accessed.
No smoking allowed
