The host communication was top-tier—very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The car itself worked really great for our needs and was comfortable and reliable throughout the trip. Unfortunately, the cruise control didn’t work, which was a bit disappointing, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this host.
