The host was great! Lots of communication. There were a couple of issues with the car, but it was tolerable. I’m not difficult so it wasn’t a huge deal to me. For someone who is picky, it might have been a bigger deal. We drive Teslas and our cars are silent. This one wasn’t and it was odd. It had a muffler sound. The AC struggled during the day when it was hot too. The weather was mild for Vegas in July, so that helped. Overall, lovely cars nice looking, very clean, smelled good. I love the location of pick up. Really easy to get the car and get on your way.

Jaden was responsive & helpful throughout. The vehicle was great throughout the trip, however as a disclaimer there is a regular noise while driving which was described as a battery issue in past models. Would highly recommend the vehicle and host.
