This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with Turo. The car was exactly as described, clean, and in great condition, but what really set this host apart was the exceptional customer service.
I was in a difficult situation when my American Airlines flight was delayed, forcing me to book a last-minute flight on another airline that departed from a different airport. I was trying to get back to Phoenix for my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday, and I was worried I was going to miss my flight.
Without hesitation, the owner went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Even though he had been watching his kids, he voluntarily offered to meet me in a parking lot and personally drive me to the other airport.
His kindness and willingness to help made all the difference. Without his help, I’m not sure I would have made my flight.
I can’t recommend this host highly enough. If you’re considering renting this car, do it with complete confidence. You’ll not only get a great vehicle, you’ll be renting from someone who genuinely cares about their customers.

Every was excellent. Car was perfect. Not a single complaint. I was given access through Tesla app which makes it so much easier to use. Highest recommendation. You will be happy if you rent this vehicle
