Car was extremely comfortable to drive and many safety features. Host was very polite and car was available on time and clean. Navigation was top of the a class with on screen gps. I only rent luxury cars from turo and they have never let me down yet.

there was so many problem with the car. there was no external adapter to charge at non-Tesla chargers. The doors would also open randomly when we were in our hotel room and nowhere near the car and then the app would notify me saying that the doors were open while we had stuff in the car. This was very frustrating because we know we locked the car and left it locked when we went to our room just have to go all the way back down from our room all the way back to the car. we also talked to some guy on the phone and he was extremely rude and not wanting to help us.
