My husband and I have been using Turo since it first started, and this car was a great experience. The car runs smoothly, was very clean, and the AC worked great—especially in this hot weather! Communication with the host was also easy and pleasant. Pick up drop off the car was very easy. Host dropped it off to where we are staying.
I did ask for a one hour extension because my son wanted to go to Topgolf. Unfortunately, this was the first time we’ve been turned down for an extension. The host explained that it was due to insurance, which I completely understand.
We’ve rented quite a few vehicles through Turo, and most hosts have been pretty flexible with extensions. We also have a good rental record here. But I understand that every host has their own policies.
Overall, the car itself was excellent, and we had a good experience. Oh well! 😊

Wish I knew there was additional $14 parking fee I had to pay

Hi Keith, the $14 airport parking fee was disclosed to you in writing before your trip began, along with the complete pickup instructions. As explained in that message, the fee is charged and collected directly by the airport for the use of Turo Overflow Lot D; it is not charged or retained by us. Unfortunately, we have no control over the airport’s parking rates. We make every effort to clearly communicate all applicable parking costs in advance so our guests know exactly what to expect.
Thank you for a great experience for our first time renting a car! It was such an easy process and the vehicle was perfect for our road trip. Everything was clean and the host responded fast to any questions we had. I highly recommend renting from them, it truly made the process so easy and stress-free. Looking forward to my next rental with Rapidride!
