Hi Keith, the $14 airport parking fee was disclosed to you in writing before your trip began, along with the complete pickup instructions. As explained in that message, the fee is charged and collected directly by the airport for the use of Turo Overflow Lot D; it is not charged or retained by us. Unfortunately, we have no control over the airport’s parking rates. We make every effort to clearly communicate all applicable parking costs in advance so our guests know exactly what to expect.
Thank you for a great experience for our first time renting a car! It was such an easy process and the vehicle was perfect for our road trip. Everything was clean and the host responded fast to any questions we had. I highly recommend renting from them, it truly made the process so easy and stress-free.
