Pickup and drop off is a little inconvenient compared to the rental car companies as you have to walk off the property from the shuttle for a ways. With five of us and all of our suitcases it was a bit much. That's not the fault of the host or car, just something I hadn't experienced before as I don't usually rent Turo from large airports. The car was fine otherwise, but it did smell like cigarettes which was an unpleasant experience.
