We had a rough experience at the start but finally got things worked out .
We had a flight delay and I had been communicating through the host about the delays but apparently that wasn’t correct and I was not made aware so they canceled my first paid for and I found out when I landed
They offered a refund but I had to start over at after I took a cab to my destination. I had to rebook another for the rest of the trip. Another thing I wasn’t aware of is that they provide a destination for pick up and you have to coordinate rides to and from their locations at the end of the trip . In Vegas there was a language barrier so asking questions was sorta difficult .
The car itself was a good vehicle so there were no issues there .
I would make sure you know what the whole process is going to really look like when the convince of using Turo is to pick the car up at the airport and return to the same location when it’s time for your flight out , otherwise getting a rental from the airport could be the best option.
The actual host of those that rent the vehicle were very nice .
