I was smooth ride and nice vehicle. I smelled a little smell but not sure if dump truck next to me. Nice vehicle

The original car we were suppose to get had an expired tag and i was going out of town.. Turo and the host tried to help address my concern, but there was a language barrier. It ultimately took an hour to pick up our car. The staff overall was great.

The car was in pristine condition—exceptionally well-maintained and practically brand new. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and they even delivered the vehicle directly to our address. Highly recommended! I will definitely be using their service again in the future.

First off the car was clean and perfect for our needs. However, we had considerable difficulty with both pick up and drop off. The car was taken to the wrong address and the host would not respond to messages within the turo app, text messages, or phone calls. We had to call TURO to contact them to get the vehicle. We told them we would be likely be dropping off early and they asked for 30 minute notice which was given. Unfortunately, just like in the morning, no one read or acknowledged the message, calls, or texts so I had to call TURO again to contact the host. we ended up sitting around for over an hour waiting on someone to pick up the vehicle. Car was great, but communication, pick up, and drop off poor.
