Overall great experience. This was my first time using Turo vs. a traditional rental car company. I was on pins and needles from the time of booking until I got the car. Just hoping I wasn't going to lose money or be scammed. Robert put me at ease from booking until I returned the vehicle. He was responsive when I sent message and they welcomed me as soon as I got the car. Overall, the car ran well and had no issues. It did have a few scratches and the windshield had a crack. If needed, I would use him again.
